Before receiving a device, parents must submit payment and electronically sign the Accidental Damage/Loss Protection (ADP) agreement.

💳 Payment Options

• Option 1: SchoolCash Online (Recommended) Pay the $30 ADP fee online. You will be prompted to sign the electronic agreement during checkout. 👉 Pay on SchoolCash Online

• Option 2: Cash Payment ($30) You may pay with cash in person, ONLY IF you have already electronically signed the ADP form via the Annual Student Enrollment - QMLATIV (ASIU). Please do not send cash with your student unless this form is complete.

• Option 3: Refundable Deposit A $200 refundable deposit is also accepted in lieu of the $30 ADP fee.

Important Notes:

• Damage & Loss: Intentional damage to devices or accessories will result in account charges.

• Lost/Stolen Devices: Report immediately to The Nest (inside the campus library.

• Opción 3: Depósito Reembolsable Se acepta un depósito reembolsable de $200 en lugar de la cuota de $30 de ADP.

Notas Importantes:

• Daños y Pérdidas: Los daños intencionales a los dispositivos o accesorios generarán cargos en la cuenta del estudiante.

• Dispositivos Perdidos o Robados: Reporte el incidente de inmediato en The Nest (ubicado dentro de la biblioteca escolar).
