Klein Intermediate Students, Teacher Honored at Board Meeting

The Klein ISD Board of Trustees recognized a phenomenal Klein Intermediate educator and two outstanding students at the November Board meeting for their dedication to success in the classroom.

Klein Intermediate Math teacher, Ms. Ahsaki Butler-Bell, is a new addition to the Falcon Family and has stepped up in a big way in her first year at the school. She is an educator willing to help wherever she may be needed.

Whether she is assisting students or other staff at the school, she does not hesitate to volunteer. Ms. Butler-Bell is a faithful servant leader who gives with an open heart for her community.

“I have been super impressed with her ability to say “yes,” Klein Intermediate Principal Trevor Woolley said. “She says “yes” to splitting classes, she says “yes” to helping admin, and she says “yes” to getting kids in her class that may not necessarily be on her roster. She’s just been there to help with anything.”

Alysianna is a phenomenal 8th grader who leads by example. She takes her studies seriously and is always willing to help her classmates achieve their goals. While she is also new to the Falcon family, her hard work and dedication doesn’t go unnoticed by her teachers and administrators.

“She works very hard to achieve all of the goals she sets for herself,” Klein Intermediate teacher Ms. Victoria Velasquez said. “She is very studious and gets some of the best grades.”

Klein Intermediate 8th grader Felix attends school daily, ready to be his best. He has a “we not me” attitude that makes him a standout in the classroom. His delightful demeanor is appreciated by everyone around him and is incredibly impactful for his outstanding positive relationship-building skills.

“Felix is a very studious individual. He’s always asking me how he can do better,” Klein Intermediate Coach Desmond Lewis said. “He sets goals and tries his hardest to achieve them.”

Congratulations, Ms. Butler-Bell, Alysianna, and Felix! Your Klein Family is so proud of the hard work you do every day.
